always on line customer care Team.
AsteriskBD contact center support and Corporate Support with Filed engineers and over above we
define a Key account Manger to escalate things if it doesn´t get resolved in the defined time as per
the Maintenance contract agreement.
There may be lot of Contact centre which work 5 days or 8-12 hrs a day and they may not require such an agreement
